Spokane, Wash, Fall 1994 Greg Stirn announces the formation of a new local residential construction company. Stirn, and his wife Mary Beth, both four generation Spokane County residents have returned to Spokane to specialize in finely crafted homes in all price ranges.

Spokane, Wash, Spring 2009 Lindsey Construction, Inc. continues to always focus on excellent quality built homes. Our home owners are our main concern. The home owner’s desires, concerns, and needs have become our expectations too. Those will be fulfilled to the best of our abilities.

Once the start of construction of your new home begins, we manage all the procedures of that project. We work with you, as mentioned before, with you ideas, expectations, and needs. We will also work hands on with the architects from the beginning stages of the plans; this is done so we can organize input from our quality sub-contractors.
